Equality, diversity and inclusion
We welcome all backgrounds and identity students. BSA UK cannot withstand any form of discrimination – whether based on race, gender, sexuality, disability, religion or nationality. Our goal is to promote a safe and powerful place for everyone.
Anti -barrier and bullying
We maintain a zero-sensitivity approach for harassment or bullying in any form-oral, physical, digital or emotional. Each member has the right to treat dignity and respect. Any concern will be addressed confidential and fair.
Security and goodness
The security and goodness of our members is our top priority. We are particularly committed to supporting weaker students and ensuring that they safe and hear. Our team follows clear security processes in all events and activities.
Complaints and accountability
If something doesn’t work right, we’ll hear it. Our complaints policy ensures that all members can increase the concerns safely and secret. We are concerned with transparent, fair investigation and take all the reactions seriously.
Economic openness and risk management
We manage all resources with integrity and responsibilities. From money to sponsorship, we maintain clear financial control and regular reviews to ensure openness and trust.
Volunteers and trustee behaviour
All BSA volunteers and committee members follow strict moral guidelines. Any possible struggle of interests should be declared to ensure justice and justice in all decisions.
